Please note that group tours are held on Tuesdays at 10 AM and 2 PM (holidays excluded), and are limited to 10 guests. Children in attendance must be 10 year of age or older.

I understand that while our tour group is at Pilot Dogs, portions of our visit may be photographed or recorded on video for educational and/or promotional purposes. I hereby grant and authorize Pilot Dogs the right to edit, copy, and make any use of all photos and/or videos taken of our group to be used for educational and/or promotional materials or any other lawful purpose without payment or other consideration. This grant of use includes use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media.
